Hank and Joanne came in to KenMar for their family pictures when our studio was in a different location. A year or so later our rent doubled and we were looking for a new studio location.
I was driving around town looking for locations that might suit us and saw a sign for a property for sale.
A couple of weeks later I told my wife about it. She went to find the property but the for sale sign had blown down in a windstorm. So she drove around the area and found a building that had a for rent sign on it. She knocked on the door and there was Hank. He recognized her as being with the photographer and she recognized him from the family session.
They talked for a while and Debbie mentioned that we were looking for a property to buy. And Hank said “What a coincidence, we were just going to list it with a realtor later this week.”
What?!
We bought the property within a few months directly from the Bauer’s and couldn’t be happier with the astounding coincidence.
Had it not been for a blown-down sign we might never have found our beautiful photo-park!
